Payment

When you contact us, we will send you a booking form, requesting your personal details.

100% of the fee must be received to confirm your place on the course at the time of booking.

A welcome email will be sent to you on confirmation of your course. 

We reserve the right to cancel any courses which have not received full payment.




Our cancellation policy:


25% of the booking fee will be retained by The Carthouse if the course is cancelled up to 4 weeks before the course start date.

30% of the booking fee will be retained by The Carthouse if the course is cancelled up to 2 weeks before the course start date.

50% of the booking fee will be retained by The Carthouse if the course is cancelled up to 1 week before the course start date.

If extenuating circumstances occur, we will treat each individual cancellation on a case-by- case basis.




Insurance


The Carthouse is not responsible for any loss, theft, illness or accident.


We advise students to take out their own personal health and travel insurance.
